The seminar offered thirty workshops and four plenary sessions, addressing four areas of concern: 1) church development; 2) Christian living; 3) contemporary issues; and 4) community development. The preaching became a catalyst for the members' increased understanding of the content and role of preaching, of their specific responsibilities to engage in ministry themselves.
