Three racial models were researched: dominant-cultured, multicultural and the culturally-contextualized model. Two surveys were conducted: a nation student survey and a campus ministry survey. Biblical, sociological and survey research supported the thesis that a Black culturally-contextualized model is most effective which affirming that all three models are biblically acceptable. Two major factors that increased Black involvement were Black leadership and intentionally to be culturally relevant.
