The methodology used was the Proactive Research Method which pro-actively worked toward a transformation of their behavior as noted thorugh qualitative data. It was found that by utilizing several techniques addressed in this project their quality of life was improved as a result of 'spiritual' education and positive 'spiritual' practices.
