Through interviews and case studies an individual disciple-making process and structure was developed. The project builds on a qualitative analysis of theological and clinical research on priestly identity, and the etiology and treatment of the disease of alcoholism.  Through the development and use of a clinical questionnaire seventeen clinicians from a major treatment center give recommendations for treatment and the implications for the wider diocesan community.  Involvement with Alcoholics Anonymous is stressed as part of this holistic response.
