Selah is trinitarian and biblical in its spiritual theology of who God is and how he works in our lives, shaping us into the image of his Son, and contemplative in its methodology, training directors in attentiveness and responsiveness to the Holy Spirit in a spiritual direction session. This doctoral project examines this postulation and seeks to identify specific practices of attentiveness that, according to research respondents, nurture one's soul and promote spiritual growth.
