Using purposeful sampling in a qualitative research design, the researcher-pastoral counselor describes the treatment of two critical cases in his clinical practice involving two school age boys diagnosed with ADHD. The findings show that the pastoral counselor recognized, understood, and treated the ADHD symptomatic behaviors within the interactional, psychological, and theological experience of the families' systems. The project conducts three weekly workshops totaling 11 hours, addressing problems of ADD from childhood to adulthood, and using videos, lectures, tests, overheads, discussions, and reading assignments.  Two of the three goals are achieved.
