The format is a series of four small group dialogues held in a local United Methodist church.  Changes of attitudes are measured by an instrument administered at the beginning and at the end of the dialogue process. The content of their meetings is outlined, and several assessments of the project are given. The candidate reflects on the project one year after its completion, and suggests a revised model.  It is concluded that Christian realization through families is a valid model for growth and learning in a congregation. The research method used was to interview and survey several members of various local churches now participating in this ministry.  In addition, a section on theology and 'rational assent' were included in the report.
