The participants spent three months acquiring the basic knowledge of autism spectrum disorders. They spent another three months compiling the long-rage plan based on their reflections from the reading and workshops, the feedback from parents who have autistic kid(s), the responses of eighty-nine surveyees, and the insight gained from the analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats while adopting a new ministry.
