It has become difficult time for believers living in a rapidly changing society to gather in a church for the Bible study and spiritual education. As the age, occupation, and residence of believers have become more diverse, each person has a different time to be trained and educated in the church. Accordingly, a new method of education and training is required in the church.The e-Learning teaching method, which has become new teaching method, is well known and useful in general education. However, the e-Learning education and training method in local churches are not yet common. This is not only due to a lack of understanding of the approach for e-Learning education and training methods but also due to an absence of the implementation manual for application.The project director aimed to help understand e-Learning and to study the e-Learning education methods and a blended learning to solve practical problems needed for application. Using the report, the project director led a strategy development team through a strategy development process. The strategy development team created a disciple-making strategy specifically designed for Lake Shipp Baptist Church. Using an equipping project model, the project director researched the field of personal worship practices. Using an equipping project model, the project director researched the field of personal worship and determined six best practices: prayer, bible study, meditation, praise, testimony, and service. He then developed a curriculum to equip the selected members of First Baptist Church of Chickasha, Oklahoma, with these six personal worship practices. Following a six-week format, the curriculum utilized a weekly group session based on a personal worship practice, followed by exercises and examples of expression of that practice. Coinciding with the curriculum, each selected member completed a pre-test and post-test, self-report questionnaire, and personal reflection as evaluations of the cognitive, psychomotor, and affective domains of learning. All of the research on this project was based on the environment in Suwanee city and Georgia State. And the practical goal was to establish evangelism strategy for the millennial generation.To achieve this object, the project director studied with 'Evangelism,' 'Strategic Planning,' and 'Millennial Generation.' After the study, the project director was evaluated by professional in the field of evangelism and strategic planning. In addition, the project director organized an evangelism strategy planning team and conducted a test evaluation and survey to analyze variously about the evangelism strategy. In conclusion, the project director developed effective evangelism strategies and methods. Furthermore, the project director also presented the developed evangelism strategy to the Suwanee Korean Church Pastoral Cooperation Committee. As a result, everyone agreed and approved the strategy.Through this project, the project director once again aspired to evangelism, the need for developing evangelism strategies appropriated to those who receive the Gospel has been felt. Hopefully, this project's all research and evangelism strategy will be use as a valuable tool of evangelism. A multiple-case study was conducted with four Black Baptist churches in central Indiana. Fifteen participants were interviewed across cases and organizational documents were analyzed. Four themes emerged from the study. They included effectiveness, unified involvement, decision parameters, and trusted leadership. Effectiveness related to support for a decision. Unified Involvement was about members’ sense of belonging. Parameters involved areas where certain groups had discretion in decision-making. There exists an understanding that the church will provide a time and space for regular, meaningful worship to occur, as well as an expectation that the people will attend and engage, open to an encounter with God, alongside their brothers and sisters in Christ. This study investigates the latter responsibility - that of the people to fully participate in worship that gives worth to God, listens to God, and responds to God. In this project, volunteers from First Baptist Church Greenville, SC, engaged with specially designed pre-worship guides to measure the value of intentional preparation for worship. It will be accomplished by providing a baseline awareness of their anxiety level and introducing tools to bring their baseline down. The tools used were Bible stories, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Family Systems Theory, and centering prayer. The tools were presented in the form of a Friday night and Saturday morning retreat. Data was collected in three different ways. The Beck Anxiety Inventory was used during the retreat to track baseline anxiety. An essay questionnaire was given a month after the retreat to gain progress and engagement. Finally, six months out from the retreat, a survey using a Likert scale of 1-10 was submitted by the participants.
