The content for the workshop consisted of key subjects and issues associated with artificial intelligence. The workshop was created to equip those at Russell Springs First Baptist with the knowledge to think through the issues from a Christian perspective.\r\n\r\nThe project was modeled after the ministry-research model for the DMin program at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary’s. The goals for the project included researching the field of artificial intelligence, identifying key issues within the field, and creating a curriculum for the workshop. The workshop was held at Russell Springs First Baptist Church in Russell Springs, Kentucky. Key issues identified were analyzed alongside the concerns discovered from the church-wide survey on AI. This project provided a comprehensive study for parents and their middle and high school children to strengthen the foundation of biblical truths in their lives.\r\n\r\nI studied the field of Christian apologetics and sought feedback from college students in Spartanburg, South Carolina that helped focus the project. I surveyed these students to narrow down this project to five key apologetic topics. Experts in the field of apologetics evaluated the content using evaluation rubrics throughout the project to ensure that the project content excellence. Trustworthy pastors at First Baptist Spartanburg followed along closely to certify I completed each step.\r\n\r\nThe goal of the project was to equip parents and children with tools to aid in \r\nstrengthening their faith and apologetic understanding so that they become immovable and confident warriors for the kingdom. This project required me to draft five sets of families with children in middle and high school at First Baptist  Spartanburg for approximately five training sessions of no more than ninety minutes each. I aimed to address the specific obstacles that keep many members from engaging in personal evangelism conversations and to encourage and prepare them to obey this God-given task. I gathered and analyzed internal data, which clearly showed a lack of evangelistic engagement within the church.\r\n\r\nI carried out the project in three phases: research, curriculum development, and equipping courses. During the research phase, I studied the Scriptures along with trusted extra-biblical sources, analyzed both external and internal data, and used pre- and postcourse surveys to assess the selected participants. In the curriculum development phase, I synthesized the information I gathered to create lessons that balanced sound doctrine with practical application. This project explored the internal demographics of the congregation by analyzing the Annual Church Profile data  and conducting an internal assessment to establish a baseline of church-health. I explored existing models of church health to identify best practices in the field and created an annotated bibliography and a list of best practices. I compiled research on church health and strategic planning and presented the research to the Strategic Initiative Team, selected from a cross-section of \r\ncurrent church leaders. The Strategic Initiative Team met for six strategy planning sessions and developed a customized strategy to promote church health and overcome unhealthy practices within the church. The Strategic Initiative Team presented the strategy to the membership of First Baptist Church Gulf Breeze for approval. This project enhanced my knowledge of church health and skills in developing strategic initiatives. I accomplished this project through three goals. First, I researched the field of spiritual disciplines and the worship ministry, examining the literature related to  the disciplines that support a church’s worship ministry. From this study, I determined specific spiritual disciplines to be essential to the worship ministry of a church. Subsequently, I studied curriculum design and created lessons based on the results from the research phase of the project. Finally, I \r\nimplemented the curriculum to equip worship ministry team members of Fifth Street Baptist Church in selected spiritual disciplines. Experts evaluated the selected disciplines and the designed curriculum before I implemented them. Using the ministry research model, I researched church dynamics in Mississippi to identify regional church profiles. In this research, I included data from Annual Church Profiles from Southern Baptist churches in Mississippi, along with data from recent census reports, to identify population and demographic trends across the state. The synthesis of this data identified five regional church profiles in various parts of the state. Secondly, I researched contemporary church revitalization models and current state convention strategies to identify best practices. Lastly, I developed a strategy planning guide for the Mississippi Baptist Convention. The project consisted of a five-week sermon series on sanctification. The evaluation measured effectiveness through pretests and posttests administered to selected church members. In addition, experts evaluated the theological content, structure, and delivery of the sermons using established rubrics and provided useful feedback. Selected church members also evaluated the sermon delivery using rubrics. Finally, weekly personal reflection and application of these evaluations served as an additional means of assessing the project’s success. I began the project by exploring internal demographics of Burra Baptist to discover trends in membership assimilation. I used the church roll book as a principal source for historical information and a survey for members who joined the church in the last ten years. I then explored existing models of church membership assimilation to determine best practices for Burra Baptist. I explored \r\nliterature in church assimilation and produced an annotated bibliography. I then created an executive summary of best practices. The next step of the project was to develop a church membership assimilation strategy for Burra Baptist. To do this, I recruited and trained a strategy planning team. We met for  four sessions to review the prepared information and then to create a new member assimilation strategy. Using this research, I will determine essential church revitalization skills and write a report that details the results. An expert evaluator will then evaluate both the annotated bibliography and the essential revitalization skills report.\r\n\r\nThe second phase of the project involves developing workshops to equip selected leaders of First Baptist Church, Anchorage, Alaska, in essential church revitalization skills. I will research the curriculum writing process by completing a self-guided study. Using this research, I will create a curriculum on identified essential church revitalization skills. The equipping  model chosen for this project provided the most significant benefit for Friendship Baptist Church and kingdom growth. The project included three different phases.  The first phase involved an exploration of the field of disciple-making to identify essential skills for disciple-making. The second phase focused on developing a curriculum for a disciplemaking workshop to equip participants with the essential  skills for disciple-making. The final phase concluded with the implementation of the equipping workshop.
