As a result of the research, a greater understanding of the soteriological issues and the various biblical interpretations was gained. The data was then compiled into a format that is easy to understand and engage. Modern teaching resources which have proven to be effective in training students were employed in developing the new curriculum. The researcher conducted a phenomenological study to determine the effects of a twelve-week training on time management as a practice of discernment. With-God Time Management included training in discernment, time management best practices, as well as utilization of Sabbath and leisure. Using an anonymous online survey and with the assistance of Boston Baptist College, graduates of the Boston Baptist College were asked to gauge the involvement of their home church in their precollege development as spiritual leaders. The study utilized a hybrid of the Action/Reflection and Program Planning Models through the use of the congregation's responses to the church profile, online survey and the pastoral interviews. This process provided a trajectory to analyze the best methods or spiritual practices to empower the ABWM and Women's Ministries of the PBA congregations.
