The goal was to foster personal growth in seminarians as they prepared for pastoral ministry.  In the project, the first division documents how this experiment in personal growth was carried out.  Section A carefully outlines the methodology used and describes in detail the composition of the class of students.  Section B reveals how tensions arose in the group which ultimately forced modifications to the course. Section C highlights the innovations used to foster further fellowship and growth.  Section D explains and gives the results of the various testing used to discern growth in the students.  These tests indicated clearly that the students did grow academically, professionally, and personally as a result of the project. A training manual exists in the project for those who want to develop a curriculum and lead intergenerational sessions.  The project includes a critique of intergenerational education from theological and educational perspectives. Findings conclude that this education is a valid approach for the church.
