When they are respectfully encouraged to accept or reject the historical-grammatical truth they can discover it through a hands-on learning experience with the Bible that is related directly to their culture and life. This project conducted inductive study of the Bible with 16 Native American students attending American Indian College in Spring 1995. They learn least and experience the poorest recall from expositional presentations and other literate styles.  Most literate Gospel presenters use expositional presentation formats when presenting the Gospel among oral communicators. This project employs four years of research and use of Chronological Bible Storying in cross-cultural settings by members of the Southern Baptist Foreign Mission Board.  The project developed and tested a training module during a workshop in England in 1994.
