Three dimensions of the phenomenon of change are examined: 1) the vision or goal of change; 2) the process of change; and 3) the leadership of change. Within the Old Testament, the following are covered: creation; exodus; lawmaking; equality; top-down development; justice; wisdom; cultural issues; rehabilitation; and the messianic vision.  The New Testament provides insights on incarnation, the kingdom, discipling, sharing, servanthood, spiritual gifts, mission strategies, relating evangelism and social action, church and parachurch roles, and the future.
