Not only is the intent to help persons understand the value of possessing this kind of faith, it is to provide specifics as to how to go about doing this. To that end, this pastoral-theological essay establishes a scriptural basis for lifting up the importance of possessing a childlike spirit within the context of a mature and growing faith. A congregational assessment tool and process have been designed to help persons identify areas in the life of their church where such a spirit is alive and well and where it is not. Finally, concrete suggestions and examples are provided to enable persons and churches to embrace, set free, or bring to life for the first time, the childlike spirit to which all have access but which, for a variety of reasons, is not allowed to play a significant role in daily living."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["public","work_editor"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com","martins02@moravian.edu"],"_version_":1851860289092321280,"timestamp":"2025-12-18T15:26:35.279Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-12T03:00:25Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-05-22T03:02:28Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"e9f1ab32-2c55-43ab-ac09-e4292a19db51","accessControl_ssim":["6e882821-90bd-47a1-9f79-cc440cca6859"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["Leadership development for the Royal Rangers of the Pentecostal Holiness Church"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-12T03:00:24Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T04:49:50Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["4f37f1d7-23cf-44cf-bfc5-7a5dc36fc3cd"],"hasLease_ssim":["ebc425b2-b667-4a59-a1d7-82ec4ba11ff6"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Unknown"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Trinity Evangelical Divinity School"],"advisor_tesim":["Milo D Lundell"],"year_tesim":["1993"],"resource_type_tesim":["Unknown"],"types_tesim":["Text"],"creator_tesim":["Leonard H Atkins"],"publisher_tesim":["Trinity Evangelical Divinity School of Trinity International University"],"subject_tesim":["Pentecostal Holiness Church","Children--Religious life","Royal Rangers (US)"],"language_tesim":["English"],"abstract_tesim":["This major project is the development of a seminar entitled: 'Leadership development for the Royal Rangers of the Pentecostal Holiness Church.'
