purpose of this project was to equip a select group of students (senior high through college who had experienced a call to Christian ministry) from the temple Baptist Church in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, to develop a vision to carry out God's call.  A seminar was facilitated to develop each participant's cognitive, affective, and behavioral readiness for ministry.  The goals of this project were to research resources relatd to preparing for God's call, to develop teaching materials to assist students in developing a vision to carry out God's call, and to equip students to carry out their call to Christian ministry.  A paired-sample T-Test was calculated to compare the mean pretest score to the mean post-test score. The thesis begins with an analysis of the need for new missionaries in the C\u0026MA while also showing how the denomination has addressed the issue. The second and third chapters provide a biblical-theological framework of missions and missionary recruitment along with a broad understanding of millennials and their postmodern context. Finally, a strategy for recruiting missionaries from among the millennials in the US Christian \u0026 Missionary Alliance is offered, providing helpful suggestions for local congregations to implement, as well as steps of action for the C\u0026MA to take at the national and district levels. A Scale of Readiness was also developed to help identify the levels of readiness of the student prospects.  The project was used as a pilot project at the Arlington Chinese Baptist Church, co-sponsored by the Baptist General Convention of Texas.  Eleven chapters, an introductory session, and two assimilation sessions comprise the project material.  The chapters were written to address frequently asked questions among Chinese students. The author utilized Vyhmeister's Quality research papers, chapter 13, to create a 'Program development model' as a form of research. The event included coordinated Sunday school classes, morning worship, and Bible study, all based on the lectionary passages for Epiphany.
