The research method evaluated whether teaching material about the kingdom of God caused growth in understanding the gospel and discipleship. The results show participant's idea of the gospel did not change overall in relation to the kingdom of God. Quantitative analysis of communication courses from 59 seminaries found 569 persuasion based preaching and evangelism courses and only 14 interpersonal communication courses.  Using six established interpersonal Communication Competencies and the Narrative Paradigm of Walter Fisher, the Prologue, and dialogues of Jesus in Chapters 9, 13 and 21 of the Gospel of John were analyzed. Interpersonal Competence and Narrative Coherence and Fidelity were established. In this study, the aim is to analyze and affirm the corresponding relationship between the commitment to education in fiath and the promotion of justice in Lasallian education and evagnelization today.  The testimony of the original Lesallian educational model, the contemporary canon of Lasallian texts, and the lived reality in God's mission field reveals the proper relation between education and justice in the Lesallian idiom. Chapter one describes the post-Vatican II Catholic identity controversy. Chapter two explores the inclusive spirit of Vatican II as the theological foundation for this model of ministry. Chapter three describes the learning design incorporating five Catholic identity themes that enable inclusive exploration of Catholic identity. Chapter four discusses the results of an evaluation experience in which participants sampled activities from the curriculum. Chapter five identifies recommendations for further development.
