It was a six week study that had discussion and journaling as part of the process.  Following the study observations were done by the context committee, and interviews of the study participants were done. This pilot program seminar consisted of meeting surveyed needs of ministers through reading research, creating personal philosophies, and evaluation their personal programs. The results indicated that ministers wanted to be equipped to do ministry; therefore, validating this certification program. The certification program seminars will include pre-seminar assignments, as well as a post-seminar evaluation. In the opening chapter, research is presented that demonstrates a widespread lack of doctrinal emphasis within evangelical churches.  Chapter two addresses the question as to why believers should study Bible doctrine.  Chapter three consists of a narrative of completed class sessions.
