The study tests the premise that as children are taught spiritual disciplines and learn to practice them on a consistent basis, they grow spiritually and fulfill CEF's purpose to disciple children in the Word of God. By law, schools offer a limited scope of sexuality in curriculum confined to relatively universal values and medical information. As a community of faith, the church has an essential voice and obligation to provide sexuality education beyond what the secular world provides tweens, youth in grades 4-7, and their parents during this crucial developmental stage. The main theme of this program is the story of Israelites' liberation, focusing on the realization of God's covenant to suffering people. The practice of this program Sae-onyang Chuch, whose theological background is John Wesley's Christian education for children as a means of social holiness, shows the necessity of developing a program that has both religious and English educational effects. The researcher built a case for developing young leaders uniquely, highlighting the cognitive, physical, moral and spiritual development of children. The researcher identified generational attributes unique to today's child and strengths awareness as factors that will influence their development as leaders. The research was qualitative in nature using a multiple case study approach. Two leadership programs for children were studied, KidLead and J12. Third, he implemented the course by training selected parents.  Participants attended five sessions on selected disciplines, and they took a pre-test and post-test to aid in evaluation. The study revealed the church was looking for others to take on this role. The work of the project reinforces the role of the congregation in faith sharing, specifically with youth. The project combines biblical themes of alienation and transformation with popular culture portrayals of the outsider as mutant. This thesis project addressed this unexpected claim by acknowledging parents as ecclesial leaders of the domestic church and by equipping parents with the practical tools to preach in the home. A preaching method was created based on Mary Catherine Hilkert's work, Naming Grace: Preaching and the Sacramental Imagination. Qualitative research concluded that parents were empowered to preach in the home through this method.
