The case of this study is Ehwa Media High School.  this study proposes a spiritual education with these steps: meeting God, meeting our neighbors, and meeting ourselves.  It suggests the following proposals: spiritual education is needed in religious education of the school.  Knowledge-based religious education needs to be reconsidered.  Spiritual education brings about the participation of students and their transformation.  Spiritual education helps students have a good image of Christianity. The aim was involving participants from the Oak Grove Baptist Student Ministry, Bel Air, Maryland to practice mentoring as a discipleship tool.  Many church discipleship practices focused on information assimilation rather than life transformation.  The lack of application exemplified a drastric struggle in the church's educational practices.  Mentorships offered a viable key to effect change in the students' Christian spiritual growth through accountability and personal relationships.
