To support the thesis, the author used the following methodology: (1) Critical study of literature; (2) Critical reflection on personal experience; (3) Shared wisdom in establishing the first small group, requesting the input of the members at all stages: design, implementation, and evaluation; (4) Focus groups; (5) Phone interviews; (6) Evaluation instrument (Delphi Technique).
