In order to accomplish the goals of this project, the project director researched the topic of leadership and identified various skills of servant leadership. From the skills identified, the director identified two and researched them further: 'the character of a servant leader' and 'the vision of a servant leader.' The project consisted of a leadership workshop made up of five one-hour sessions given over a perios of Friday evening through Saturday morning. The first session was an introduction to servant leadership. In sessions two and three, about the character of a servant leader, the focus was on the skills of humility, values, and integrity. In sessions four and five the focus was on the vision of a servant leader: developing and communicating that vision."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["5e492469-490e-44a3-90c1-17560a603bc2"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["public","work_editor"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1799719859105300480,"timestamp":"2024-05-22T02:56:46.355Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-12T13:54:07Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-05-22T03:26:03Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"971a3168-24d9-4a25-a3a5-de724e8ebd63","accessControl_ssim":["f4882eae-4f4a-465c-95ae-665ba29391a7"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["Approaches to and resources for the unaffiliated funeral"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-12T13:54:06Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T02:33:00Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["56573020-9c60-43f2-b309-1210c62c82ca"],"hasLease_ssim":["ce13b92a-3a69-47d4-8d08-3565702f56e2"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Unknown"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Hartford Seminary"],"advisor_tesim":["Kelton Cobb"],"year_tesim":["2010"],"resource_type_tesim":["Unknown"],"types_tesim":["Text"],"creator_tesim":["Jonathan B Lee"],"publisher_tesim":["Hartford Seminary"],"subject_tesim":["Church work with bereaved persons","Christianity","Funeral rites and ceremonies"],"language_tesim":["English"],"abstract_tesim":["This project presents a method for enabling clergy to be more effective funeral officiants when working with those unaffiliated with the institutional church.
