After identifying barriers by circulating a survey instrument among Korean-, Spanish-, Vietnamese-, and Chinese-speaking groups, the project develops and implements a process that includes Bible studies, sermons, skits, and two major workshops. Participants responding to opinion surveys at the beginning and end of the process indicate positive changes of attitudes when compared to a control group that does not participate. The project studied a Third World church that serves as a model for Haymarket Baptist Church, helping it to experience another culture in order to see its own more clearly.
