The response of Christians towards Pancasila as the national ideology is critical. The goal of the project was to demonstrate a model of followup which would provide believers with nurture and support.  Two towns were targeted for a structured followup program in which new converts were discipled by a trained worker.  The towns indicated enough potential for improvement to warrant employment of a full-time followup worker.
