The emerging church is growing rapidly among the poor, oppressed communities in India. Most of these people are illiterate. The issues are the appropriateness and effectiveness of these efforts. This study intends to analyze the current needs of the house churches in China in order to improve the effectiveness of their leadership development, particularly for the Christian Ministry Institute (CMI).
