The research is primarily directed towards etiology and focuses on adolescent and mass hysteria cases. This study found that individuals with Conversion Disorder seemed to experience depression-like symptoms. Furthermore, the results indicated that ongoing family and marital strife was significantly related to conversion disorder. The findings indicate a lack of conflict resolution skills to deal with the stress of the conflicts. The research detects a paradigm shift in core values, a technology-led change in morality and apparent breakdown in responsiveness and leadership in key social institutions, and determines that family, school, and church are still vital in transmitting wholesome values and restoring a society's moral equilibrium. The study looked at how the planter and plant were affected by the leader's vocational status. The literature review is comprised of relevant church planting literature, literature concerning work and the interplay of vocation, and the history of the Irish Presbyterian Church. For the purpose of qualitative research, ten planters and five others participated in informal semi-structured interviews. This study focused on three key areas that affect how pastors minister to the parents of apostate emerging adults: the religious lives of emerging adults, biblical and theological concerns regarding baptism, apostasy, and covenantal status of children, and policies churches have employed to minister to apostate young adults and their parents. This study utilized a qualitative design using semi-structured interviews with Reformed pastors in the Northwestern United States. It presents research conducted by analyzing a survey which was completed twice, before and after six weeks of study, by three groups in two different churches.
