The project consisted of the work of a design team of nine people from the congregation which included the pastor-author. To accomplish this purpose, the questionnaires were used with a select group of thirty people.  This questionnaire was distributed before a worship service during Advent.  Through the worship experience, sermon, and group discussions, all aspects of these liturgical seasons were covered.  The preacher covered the historical and theological meaning of the seasons in the group discussions. The drama also provides the laity with a basic christology and connects the events of Christmas and Easter.  The research included the development and presentation of original chancel dramas for use during Christmas and Easter as a way of presenting the message during a worship service. an analysis of preaching is included.
