Making disciples becomes the paramount process of this search.  Research is used to explore the theological rationale of the disciple-making mandate and establish the theoretical presuppositions in order to implement them in the context of a local church.  This report reflects the process of training a group of laypeople to become spiritual mentors who are abale to produce other disciples. The project director conducted an analysis of the church health at Rocky Point Baptist Church using the Transformational Church Assessment Tool. The project director enlisted experts to ensure both analysis and project quality. The project director increased his knowledge in the area of church health and increased his skill in strategy planning. He selected and developed a strategic planting team to aid in this process. In 1970 the Prescott Foursquare Church was discouraged and had a ruined reputation. It is today the head of a movement (The Christian Fellowship Ministries) with over two thousand churches. Key discoveries were crisis evangelism, empowered discipleship, and focused church planting. This produced a local church with dignity and authority for world evangelism. Living Hope Baptist Church is a one-campus medium-sized Baptist church which currently serves the Sango community of the Greater Clarksville is to implement local community based church sites instead of drawing unchurched people only to the current campus of Living Hope Baptist Church. It is this pastor's vision Living Hope would become a lighthouse to her community by providing incarnational ministry to people in specified areas of Clarksville. This project included three goals. The researcher observed the need to prepare mission volunteers while living in England for five months by witnessing young people in economically depressed communities, networking with social organizations and discussing social and religious issues with British citizens. A quantitative survey to the congregation identified the preferred and most-used communication channels, and qualitative focus group conversations culled the positive and negative experiences of different communication channels. The survey and conversations could be replicated in other congregations to obtain information about preferred and most used channels of communication in context. An analysis and utilization of this information could lead to more purposeful and meaningful communication within the
