Five members of TCC attended six seminars over a two-year period, learning philosophy and methods of disciple-making, church growth, and project management. The project then monitored the church's progress through surveys and attendance records. Yet it is often one of the weakest facets of a local church.  Some churches are not growing because of their ineffective worship services. This project proposes to help pastors and church leaders make their worhsip services effective and, as a result, grow their churches. Data gathered by survey were processed with analysis of variance and a regression equation.  The independent variable was the pastoral succession rate and the dependent variables for church growth were average Sunday school attendance, average worship attendance, average professions of faith, and average annual payout of apportionments. No significant relationship existed between the independent variable of pastoral succession and the dependent variables of worship attendance, Sunday school attendance, professions of faith, and the amount of apportionments
