For New Life this project has resulted in an immediate plan o action and an ongoing process to allow continued growth."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["e59d8a7f-b140-41e1-9d1f-4e98aaa1d973"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["public","work_editor"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1791132450154348544,"timestamp":"2024-02-17T08:03:34.994Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-12T14:38:06Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T08:15:18Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"ea668e63-c04c-4117-8a8b-bc6b6545471d","accessControl_ssim":["04b1ae2a-24af-4aa0-b072-5061e012f2bb"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["A critical analysis of the discipleship training program of Sarang Community Church"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-12T14:38:05Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T04:50:38Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["d359cc3c-7aaf-4df2-bb96-33c4b882fd23"],"hasLease_ssim":["82810453-cacf-4d11-aa98-e87ff728717f"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Unknown"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary"],"advisor_tesim":["Dongsun Cho"],"year_tesim":["2012"],"resource_type_tesim":["Unknown"],"types_tesim":["Text"],"creator_tesim":["Il Seung Kim"],"publisher_tesim":["Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary"],"subject_tesim":["Theology, Practical","Laity","Church growth","Sarang Community Church","Christian life"],"language_tesim":["English"],"abstract_tesim":["The discipleship training program of Sarang Community Church is an effective tool in helping churches grow healthy because it trains laypeople to become leaders who will eventually become partners-in-ministry. The objective is to provide a systematic strategy for restoring a declining, dysfunctional and stalled church to a growing, healthy and vibrant congregation. The field research involved case studies. Though every case study was unique, every church was found to have utilized seven turnaround factors in its revitalization. The desperation and urgency of the church resulted in a more immediate and less difficult turnaround process. In each of the more difficult revitalization efforst, endurance and persistence were seen as critical to the comeback."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["Bethel Seminary (St. Paul, MN)"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["fccbc3d7-874c-42e3-8a20-621b107c56c7"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["public","work_editor"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1791132721079123968,"timestamp":"2024-02-17T08:07:53.368Z","score":1.0}],"facets":[{"name":"resource_type_sim","items":[{"value":"Unknown","hits":424,"label":"Unknown"},{"value":"D.Min.
