This thesis will introduce a new paradigm for understanding the issue by incorporating the dimensions of demographics and church organizational development. These factors determine in part the potential range of English Ministry development in the Chinese immigrant church. Solutions to mitigate tensions are based on the concept of formulating appropriate expectations that are specific to the church's developmental stage. To do so, it uses two layers of research strategies: (1) at the national level, a qualitative analysis of two national reports and generalizations made about the American Church and culture and (2) at the regional level, an anonymous survey of individuals and participation in both a nondenominational church plant and an established mainstream congregation. Traditionally, this task of preparing full-time church leaders has been given to the seminary without any examination of the other options available. Through case study and grounded theory, this project revealed seven components that can address this problem. These components are essential whether the leadership development process is in partnership with a seminary or whether it is completely church-based. American missionaries together with Russian pastors wrote and compiled eight presentations on cell group methodology. Using the material, this team led multiple seminars with addressed practical dynamics of small groups. The project required consideration and study for the basis of cell church ministry from a theological, cultural, and urban viewpoint. Surveys and interviews provided insight regarding barriers and possible solutions for cell group development and multiplication in Russia. To accomplish this great task, churches require spiritual leaders who have such a burden, adequate training, and ability to lead them. This is the reason for the existence of theological education, and in order to train those leaders, seminaries need a new set of curriculums; Chinese seminaries in Myanmar are no exception. Success or failure of theological education is closely related to its curriculum. The Church claims a theology of communion of the saints which is exemplified in the sacrament of the Lord's Supper. However, it has not significantly crossed the cultural divide. This paper examines the understanding of two of these church communities, one Mexican-American and one Anglo-American, regarding the Lord's Supper. From this examination, the author presents learnings which may work toward a more appreciative approach to the differences between cultures recognizing the unity that already exists among all people of
