American missionaries together with Russian pastors wrote and compiled eight presentations on cell group methodology. Using the material, this team led multiple seminars with addressed practical dynamics of small groups. The project required consideration and study for the basis of cell church ministry from a theological, cultural, and urban viewpoint. Surveys and interviews provided insight regarding barriers and possible solutions for cell group development and multiplication in Russia. The research methods utilized were surveys and interviews of students, faculty and judicatory partners as well as the researcher's observations of other related interactions. The project identified the strengths and weaknesses of the program throughout its ten-year history and was successful in gathering data which will be beneficial to the future of the program. Most respondents want the gospel told at least once a month; many say it makes their worship experience deeper and presents an opportunity for evangelism. To accomplish this great task, churches require spiritual leaders who have such a burden, adequate training, and ability to lead them. This is the reason for the existence of theological education, and in order to train those leaders, seminaries need a new set of curriculums; Chinese seminaries in Myanmar are no exception. Success or failure of theological education is closely related to its curriculum. This is also an on-going issue occurring in Canada. The purpose of this study is to describe how two Chinese congregations and a mission organization evangelize older people in the city of Toronto. The researcher utilized a mixed methods approach to collect ethnographic data of Christian efforts evangelizing older people by the three groups of Christians. The Church claims a theology of communion of the saints which is exemplified in the sacrament of the Lord's Supper. However, it has not significantly crossed the cultural divide. This paper examines the understanding of two of these church communities, one Mexican-American and one Anglo-American, regarding the Lord's Supper. Chapter one explores the character and fate of small membership churches in the twenty-first century. Chapter two reviews the history of small membership United Methodist churches in Maine. Chapter three introduces the district conference project, defines holy conferencing, and details the three events in the Mid-Maine District where transformation tools were taught to small membership churches. Resultados: los creyentes de las iglesias biblicas de México están agregando cualidades gerenciales a las cualidades del liderazgo expresamente citades en la Biblia como consecuencia de la influencia de la literatura que en la actualidad lo promueve. Hoy se buscan lideres con habilidades gerenciales-administrativas para la iglesia. Congregational health demonstrated by longer tenures of church leaders and conflict with less intensity and better resolution has occurred as leaders understand and apply systems thinking, recognize the problems and issues in systems, and remain differentiated in difficult situations. The project accomplished these goals.
