The rate of attrition and level of satisfaction were monitored during two three-month periods, before and after the implementation of service management principles. The author used the experimental method and the descriptive survey method to conduct the research. Twenty adult church members explored the concept of church membership, participated in small-group fellowship meetings and composed a church membership covenant.
