The purpose of the project was to change attitudes, so church members would willingly include more people in the future. Two sermon series (self-differentiation; sacrificial inclusion) were preached over 12 weeks, with pretests and posttests measuring participants' attitudes toward this change. Responses to both were positive. The project director researched various models and strategies of new member assimilation in order to identify the best skills. These skills were essential toward equipping the Historic Macedonia Baptist Church in the assimilation of new members. The director identified not only the necessities, but also the best practices critical for inclusion in equipping seminars. The director also developed a curriculum structured to teach four equipping sessions. The director successfully completed the sessions, thereby equipping selected leaders of Macedonia Baptist Church with new member assimilation skills. The drop produces progressive distancing from the rootedness of Christianity, a propensity to become secularized, and the loss of relationships that formed these youth as children. This paper studies whether there is a connection between the way churches understand and prepare for Confirmation and possible reduction in attendance after it. Using style approach on leadership, the study evaluated how a change of a pastor's leadership in EunHyun church affected members' behavioral change.  To test the research question, the study identified and assessed the previous and current pastors' leadership style.  Subsequently, members were administered a survey in which three main variables were explored.  The current pastor had a more relationship-focusing leadership than the previous pastor. The author's purpose was to investigate why the church died by performing a complete autopsy on the church body. His examination included a review of pre-existing conditions, examples from Scripture, and research from contemporary authors.
