One of the main causes of constant conflict and affliction was the operation of a women's financial association (GYE) originally started to assist the needy in crisis.  Within this Christian community, the ill-balanced emphasis on money estranged everyone and undermined the spiritual solidarity of the group. This project defines the biblical and organizational theory assumptions that undergird the discovery processes, defines the processes, then implements them.  The project was successful in meeting its goals and objectives but resulted in chaos breaking out in the church with the pastor becoming its chief victim. In a sermon series, congregants heard about five church models: covenant communion, sacrament, herald, servant, and community of disciples.
