The objectives for the project included the personal and spiritual growth of the participants and the beginning of renewal within the congregation. The project focused on analyzing the church and community demographics, the church's leadership structure, the church's organizations, and the ministries of the church.  The components of the project included: (1) the research of healthy church growth characteristics; (2) the gathering of available healthy church growth models for analysis; (3) the conducting of church surveys and questionnaires with selected leaders; (4) the design, administration, and evaluation of training sessions with the leadership team; and (5) the planning and creation of the strategy.  The final step of the project was the presentation of the strategy to the congregation. The evaluation of the project included expert opinions of the researched models, the equipping materials, and the formation of the strategy.
