The heart of the transformational leadership is restoration and spiritual renewal of human life. Consequently, transformational leaders take on the responsibility of reinterpreting the old social, cultural, and historical context in a new spiritual and practical way. This research project explores the experiences of fourth-year students in the ministerial training program in the African Methodist Episcopal Church.
