After building a theoretical and historical base, the philosophy and religion program was reviewed.  Methdology included circulating questionnaires to faculty, students, and graduates.  A set of criteria was used to evaluate the school, noting strengths and weaknesses. The authors have a combined total of 30 years ministry experience.  Using their experience along with sociological and historical research, they demonstrate the adverse effect the deterioration of the family is having in society.  They argue that a long-term, efficacious solution requires sacrifice, leadership development, and the establishment of foundational institutions conducive for character building.
