As a result, Nations church Planting Network and Nations Church Houston have adopted a goal of starting multi-ethnic churches. This Doctor of Ministry Project aimed to research the field of multi-ethnic church planting to design a training e-manual for Nations Church Planting Network and Nations Church Houston.This project was guided by the ministry research model as prescribed by New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Research goals included understanding the main key components for multi-ethnic planting and skill development for learning how to design a manual. This research project has increased the director's knowledge of multi-ethnic church starts and his ability to write a functional 3-manual. While many have returned and will continue to return to the physical gathering, there is a remnant of people who will not make this transition. There are also others who visit church online but never make the transition from online viewer to physical member.The argument of this paper is predicated on the conviction that physical church gatherings are more spiritually advantageous than online gatherings. This exercise will also explore how this phenomenon impacts pastoral work, both positively and negatively, in the process of formation of Hispanic congregations within our context. And finally, the author will analyze the different scenarios and opportunities that arise to rethink strategies and models of ministry in accordance with the relativism and pluralism of today's secular society and within the context of the reformed influence on the reality of first-generation Hispanic immigrants. First, we must ask the following question: What does it mean that we live in a secular age? Chapter 1 presents the history and ministry context of Living Water Church and the goals of this project. Chapter 2 provides the biblical precepts that call for a response to every sermon preached and the necessary need to recruit and equip others to help during this time of response. Chapter 3 explains why and how text-driven sermons call for a response and presents a model for text-driven preachers to equip decisions counselors. Chapter 4 presents the project and its methodology. Chapter 5 will evaluate the results of the project through a complete analysis of the specific goals completed.
