Foundations of this study come from research in developmental theory, biological development and faith development.  Project areas are: God's gift of sexuality, the human body, sexually transmitted disease, self-esteem, peer-pressure, concepts of love and decision-making. Traditionally, Seventh-day Adventists have believed that children of Adventist parents are the 'younger members of God's family'. However, officially their children are excluded from church membership.  The project investigates the biblical and theological bases for the status of children in the church through an exegesis of key scriptural passages.  Both in the Old Testament and the New Testament, the believer's children clearly are incorporated into God's family. This theory recognized that each student brought with him or her a personal understanding which could be built upon through feeling, observing, thinking and doing to become a biblical concept.  The study projected that new knowledge would be created through process theology by the transformation of experience.  It employed the direct encounter method of creative drama through the modes of comedy and tragedy. It surveys literature covering an historical range from early to very recent studies on the theology and history of worship and sacramental practice.  The project studies three Pentecost services and their levels of worship experimentation by using an evaluative questionnaire.  These demonstrate that while people want traditional worship events, they experience worship within non-traditional worship approaches.
