This project examined articles, models, and case studies that addressed developmental behavior in biracial children. It demonstrates how to develop the mission for grade five and six children who have never attended church.  The team has practiced in a playground where moral and religious education have taken place every Saturday and Sunday.  Through this program, they formed a community and became evangelized.  The sports mission also aims to help the children become responsible individuals.  It is designed with careful consideration of every stage of the children's development with regard to Erikson's educational theory.  The mission also aims to evangelize the parents through the children. Regarding Johan Huizinga's idea and argument on 'homo ludens,' this project attempts to contribute to the discussion on 'play theology' which is mainly being led by Jürgen Moltmann, Harvey Cox, and David L. Miller. This project gives churches a process whereby this can be successfully done.  A group of members from an area church was taught to utilize this plan within the context of their geographical church field of ministry.  They carried out the project that had children as its focus. Their parents seem unaware of this fact, possibly because they share this quality. This study seeks to discover ways to initiate steps for intentional spiritual formation for families in small churches. By conducting a qualitative study of the self-reported beliefs and behavior concerning personal responsibility for child spiritual formation among specific parents in his church and in six additional churches, the author discovered a disconnect between their behavior and beliefs.
