A survey revealed that Top Gun was instrumental in the respondents' lives and made an instant change in their spiritual disciplines and in their relationships with their families, work, and Christian service. Unfortunately, the survey also revealed that many men fall back into old habits through time, thus showing the need for ongoing relationships, discipleship, and accountability. The project participants take part in a ten-week equipping phase focused on spiritual formation, evangelism, and the biblical understanding of leadership. During the project, the participants develop relationships with men from the community. Teaching of God's word, experiential activities, and inner healing prayer encounters had a substantial impact upon the spiritual well-being of the participants.  These results showed a positive effect upon the participants' false beliefs and emotional wounds.
