Within three missional ministry contexts, the researcher employed the grounded theory methodology, combining qualitative (interviews, questionnaires, observations, and field notes) and quantitative (forced-option surveys) tools to gather and triangulate data from 234 participants (225 group and nine treatment). The researcher designed, implemented, and subsequently measured the Missional Disciple Maker model. The researcher was of the opinion that a few well chosen and developed ministries would increase male engagement at the church. The project proved to the researcher that ministries used in isolation to rejuvenate males and stimulate church growth fall short of their intended goals. They sparked interested and motivated the male members for the short-term. The supposition of the project was that a crisis exists in North American society regarding the capacity of young adult males to develop toward authentic manhood. The project's thesis was that training young adult males in spiritual disciplines would help them progress toward spiritual maturity and authentic manhood. Through this project the director taught participants how to practice six spiritual disciplines. Using a qualitative case study method, observations from the wight men were presented in a conversational sequence, and then analyzed for significant themes that were unique to the discipleship experience. The means to spiritual growth were identified, as were the hindrances to spiritual growth. It was hypothesized that helping them see the difference between their beliefs and their behaviors in relation to their roles as men would develop a cognitive dissonance that would lead to a change in their behaviors. Five spiritual disciplines were identified in the lives of David and his mighty men and Jesus and his disciples and incorporated into the Cavetime Training Program (CTP). The degree of impact for this project was determined by five goals. The results conclude that HCG does positively impact the inner healing of men. A survey revealed that Top Gun was instrumental in the respondents' lives and made an instant change in their spiritual disciplines and in their relationships with their families, work, and Christian service. Unfortunately, the survey also revealed that many men fall back into old habits through time, thus showing the need for ongoing relationships, discipleship, and accountability. Teaching of God's word, experiential activities, and inner healing prayer encounters had a substantial impact upon the spiritual well-being of the participants.  These results showed a positive effect upon the participants' false beliefs and emotional wounds.
