The ways of achieving this goal are through informing, inspiring, and equipping Hong Kong Chinese congregations. The mixed methods approach (i.e., combining qualitative and quantitative methods) and the integrated research model (i.e., interdisciplinary approach) are employed in this research. First, this study reviews the history of migrant workers in Korea and the Korean churches' ministry for and with migrant workers. Then, this study analyzes results found through historical research and the recent situation on issues of the churches' ministry with migrant workers. Finally, this study seeks to explore biblical and theological foundations for an appropriated strategy for humane ministry with migrant workers. The project trains seven persons for partnership ministry and recruits 42 volunteers from eight congregations of the two associations to assist them. Through sharing of resources, human and financial, the two associations are able to plan and maintain effective ministries that meet a variety of needs for seasonal workers.
