Chapter 1 gives an introduction to the Robertson County Baptist Association along with the context and rationale for the project.  Chapter 2 presents theological evidence to support why churches should associate together.  Chapter 3 looks at the importance of motivational leadership in associational work.  Chapter 4 presents a leadership strategy for implementing the project. Facebook was chosen as the medium by which to reach the Latino young adults and to provide a venue for preaching within a community. The research addresses the design, creation, and feedback of the participants.
