The researcher reviewed relevant biblical and contemporary literature on childrearing, leadership development and coaching. The intervention aimed to inspire Christians to reclaim otaku for the Gospel. Research was accomplished through qualitative mixed methodologies including: surveys, interviews, observations, and group activities. The primary purpose of this phenomenological study is to capture and describe their lived experiences from an emic perspective by conducting a one-year field research that utilized a sequential procedure of applying mixed research methods. The researcher discovered the construction of universal identity and the use of social media and information technology in evangelism. She also heard the urgent cry for spiritual support for a growing CBC youth population. With so much information on leadership in the secular world and in the Christian world, how does the leader discern what to teach other leaders? This study looked specifically at God as leader, Jesus as leader, Moses, David and Paul as leaders. Secondly, the study reviewed the extra-Biblical literature on the topic of leadership. Eight Area Directors were interviewed by the author and asked to discuss what they were teaching in their leadership training times. The results were compiled from these three sources and concluded whether or not the Area Directors were on the right course in teaching Biblical leadership principles. Recommendations were made based on finds. In this reality, this paper is a practical product of applying the principles of the youth revival discovered in 'the revival of the Bible,' 'the natural church development theory,' and 'the great revival movement of the Korean church' to the youth division of Hwado Methodist Church for the revival. The project utilizes a twelve-week discipleship-training curriculum for church members in high school.
