The project found that the root cause of problems involving 'crack' cocaine probably stems from economic inequality and the USA's unwillingness to promote fair employment treatment for all citizens. Interdiction by law enforcement agencies and community-based street patrols are among the failed efforts to eradicate the problem.  Successful resolutions can occur by using biblical teachings, and through supporting and encouraging courageous mothers and parents who rear their children to understand the importance of respect for authority and love for God, for self, and for others. Investors owning and buying properties for speculation place the church in a lopsided competition for property ownership.  Assumptions of some churchgoers who understand the steepled church building as an authenticating symbol require a pastor to address perceptions hindering church growth.  This project offers findings that suggest that people are tied to a steepled-church concept.
