Elements from the hermeneutic circle, learned from Dr. Eldin Villafañe, are integrated to an analysis of social and religious contexts in the city of Los Angeles, California and in specific relation to American Baptist Churches. The platform seeks to erase the digital/energy divide for the impoverished. That platform, developed and implemented here, is named 'Restore Together Community.'  It is dynamic, collaborative, multilingual, and accessible to individuals with disabilities, and it enhances the organization's gifts/resources, ability to provide holistic counseling, discipleship, sharing of best practices, and ability to organize community action. Two such men were provided with training and opportunity to lead and teach Cell Life Groups. Two Cell Groups were formed in high crime areas and those two groups met for six consecutive weeks with members of the community.
