It provides a theoretical foundation for the paradigm and describes its testing in local churches. The project was designed to test the thesis that the church can experience revival whenever the members are willing to employ these means which God has provided.  The project was implemented at Hamilton Park United Methodist Church, Dallas, TX, over the course of a ten-week period.  The project consisted of four primary phases which included: 1) a workshop on spiritual discipline, evangelism and faith-sharing; 2) six weeks of weekly class meetings; 3) church-wide days of consecration; and 4) revival worship services.  The findings of the study support the thesis that revival can be promoted through use of the aforementioned means.
