Since very few helpful models or institutions are likely to be available, the church, through the local congregation, must be able to offer a viable ministry of reconciliation.  This project focuses first on an analysis of the circumstances which presently are contributing to the pain and separation. Secondly, it attempts to build a practical theology where belief and practice are mutually independent. This project studies this decrease through a review of the history of the Korean military chaplaincy.  It uses questionnaires to discover the current conditions in the military chaplaincy and adapts this information to the situation in the PCK.
